Our client, an L&D AI company, was developing a Sales AI platform designed to provide accurate responses to user prompts. However, they faced critical challenges related to AI resilience, including threats from adversarial inputs, hallucinations, and bias. They needed to address these vulnerabilities to ensure that their AI performed reliably in real-world scenarios.
The client’s Sales AI was highly susceptible to hallucinations and bias, potentially leading to inaccurate responses and manipulation. These issues posed a significant threat to the success of their product and the trust of their users. To resolve these challenges and meet their product launch timeline, they required rapid, large-scale implementation of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RHLF) and Adversarial Training techniques.
We stepped in and, within just one week, processed and analyzed hundreds of thousands of sales documents.
